A Northern Soul by The Verve

I don't know what pedals are used: (distortion, delay?) just
make the guitar (probably a Les Paul) sound as noisy as posible!

I might be wrong but I think the song only has 1 chord:

F#m7 e  9
          b 10
          g 11
          d 11
          a  9
          e

I think on the g string there is some hammering on and off
while the chord is played.  Ad-lib the line while playing
the chord like this:

g 9-11-9-11-9

That's all so far can anyone finish it?
